As a young girl, Alexia Fast wrote, directed and starred in a short film entitled The Red Bridge. [4] She starred in the first film she made as a feature, Fido (2006),[4when she was able to get an agent for the first time at the age of eleven. Fast has been featured in a number of television films including feature films as well as episodes of a variety of television shows. Fast has a part as a character in Hungry Hills[5] and Repeaters and Repeaters, both of which premiered during the Toronto International Film Festival. [6][7] In 2010, she was a principal character in Triple Dog. In 2012, she played a supporting role in the movie Jack Reacher. Fast was in the film for eight years. Fast is the recipient of 2 Leo Awards, the first one, in 2007, in the category of Best Lead Performance by a Female in a feature Length Drama , for her performance in the past tense. The second award was for 2011 was in the category for Best Supporting Performance for a Female in a Feature Length dramatic film for Repeaters.
